Slipping Through the Shadows

I follow the light though flickering dimmer than ever. I enjoy the darkness and all the mystery within. There are no words to speak- sometimes silence says more than sentences can solely express. The whispers of my breath are seen in trails as I go through this journey. Alone I venture into unexplored territory observing my surroundings, senses keen to detect traps. Cautiously, I proceed forward- for time never ceases and the sand contained within the hour glass is quickly falling into the hands of the other side.

So Cold and All AloneI am empty. Apathetic. My soul torn apart and ripped to shreds. I have been hollowed out with a carving knife. The core of me- what was left to begin with, all gone. A parasite within has eaten away at my heart as a merely mid-day snack. Devouring everything like a leech, sucking my very own pride right out of me so quickly. Craziness!

Hey everyone!

Long time no see/speak/hear, etc. *hugs*

My, my... well in case you're wondering, no I haven't really done all that much that I can really submit as of late... but hopefully some of it I will be able to get on here within the near future. I'm still kind of on that writing kick,

so we'll just have to wait and see how much of my other artistic side decides to come out.

*Sighs* Well, life has been rather hectic and full of deaths in the family as well as other news of terminal illness, so I have been rather stressed lately and this whole college bit isn't helping me much either.

(Dang, I cannot wait to get out of here!) The funny thing, is that I am studying to be a teacher and therefore will never leave school despite the fact that I want to finish up my academic life right about...

Meh, what can ya do? Hopefully, I'll be able to regain my sanity... or whatever I had left to begin with during winter break, which is coming up within a couple weeks and is also the sign of more stress being, FINALS!!! Ahhh! I swear it's a never ending cycle. LOL! C'est la vie!

Well, I hope to hear from you deviant friends/peoples soon and...

Thanks for the comments! I'm glad you liked Dear Ignorance. It was kind of one of those trippy things that came to me in the middle of the night, so I wasn't quite sure how well recieved it would be. Sometimes when things amuse me in the middle of the night, they somehow become not very funny at all the next day. :) (Smile)

Yes, I have definatly missed you too; and I wont lie-- I did stop by every once and a while to check and see if you were still alive-- until the point I was somewhat satisfied and went off again.
